    This interested professional helps in developing their career in human resources in obtaining the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully fulfill the role of the HR professional.

    The training study work is designed to reflect the latest activities and current functions of the HR role. This diploma aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the specialist's role. Graduates leave this program and have the ability to interact confidently with those in the specialized HR fields and have a positive impact on the human resource function within organizations.

    This program is the entry point into the HR profession and should be promoted to higher study or accredited HR professional programs. It is checked by KNEC.

  • Human Resource Manager

    As long as new companies form and organisations continue to expand their operations, there will be a continuous need for human resource managers to oversee and manage a company's employee programmes. College Delmar offers two hr programmes. Firstly, there is the SABPP-accredited Human Resource Management National Diploma that spans over 36 months and has a total of nine subjects to complete in the study period. Secondly, we offer a provider programmer with three skills levels - a Human Resource Management Short Course with a study period of six months and three subjects to complete, a Human Resource Management Proficiency Course with a study period of six months and three subjects to complete, and a Human Resource Management Advanced Course with a study period of 12 months and six subjects to complete.
